Last weekend it was that time again: Palm Springs turned into a Valhalla for celebrities and influencers during Coachella. And while the festival itself isn’t necessarily known for its great atmosphere, there is one element that Coachella is known for: the fantastic festival outfits.
Where the outfits couldn’t be extravagant enough a few years ago, visitors this year are going for a more subdued look. Still with a bohemian touch, but the feather headdresses were left at home this year.
Our favorite looks from the first weekend of Coachella
Known or not, we spot enough visitors with beautiful outfits. And we are only too happy to use it as inspiration for Lowlands, Amsterdam Open Air and Spring Cabinet. Another tickets? Read here for which festivals you want to buy a ticket in advance.
Back to Coachella. Enough happened again during the first weekend. For example, ex-lovers Shawn Mendes and Camilla Cabello were spotted kissing and Leonardo DiCaprio also walked across the festival grounds with a new (well-known) love.
And we predicted it, but the looks this year were a lot more sober than before – but no less stylish.
Less is more, Hailey probably thought as she put this look together. And we admit, she looks fantastic.
Kylie also went for a more simple, but tough look.
Former Victoria’s Secret Angel Alessandra throws two styles in the mix, namely bohemian and Y2K. The look is not sober and that makes it stand out even more during the festival.
Emma put on Vivienne Westwood’s suit. We are in love.
Fashion icon Renee Rapp has inherited the denim-on-denim trend and showed up at the Interscope Party in this gorgeous look.
Now that we see Irina’s look, we can see why Leo fell for her this weekend.
Like Alessandra, Umi Wilson also went for color. Lots of color even.
One of the better looks in our eyes is Lori Harvey’s. Her outfit is simple, but anything but boring.
Like Renee Rapp, Suki Waterhouse went for a denim look.
Shay went for a cool and feminine look with this leather set.
