How to make your home attractive to women

Are you planning to have ladies over? Then make sure they don’t put you off on your stay. Most women talk about everything, including how ‘dirty his apartment is’ or ‘how little furniture he actually has’. And maybe you just don’t need all those chairs or cupboards that much. If you want the lady in question to feel comfortable with you, you can make small changes that will reassure her and make her realize that you are considerate of others. That doesn’t mean you have to paint your walls pink and always have fresh flowers. You don’t have to adapt your environment to someone else, but you can make it a more relaxing and pleasant space for everyone who passes by.

Comfort

First things first, of course you want to have a clean home. That’s a given. People attach great importance to hygiene anyway, and women twice as much. But things that you probably don’t find so dirty yourself can also be a turn-off. Think of hair in your sink from when you shaved your beard or a not so clean toilet with the glasses up 😉 Also think of other spaces where a woman can end up. If she sleeps over and takes a shower in the morning, you don’t want her to notice a foul smell coming from the drain that you’ve been thinking about cleaning up for weeks. So clean your well.

In addition, it is best to place a small waste bin next to your toilet. When a woman has her period she doesn’t want to go outside and have to ask you where the trash can is with a dirty sanitary towel or tampon in hand. Put the option there just to be sure. Even if she doesn’t have to use it she’s going to notice it and realize why it’s there, which scores points.

Another tip: make sure you can offer fresh water. Even better is coffee, tea or other drink, but fresh water is always and everywhere a must in the house.

Privacy

Women value their privacy very much. You may not mind that your neighbors across the street can see you coming out of the shower towards the bedroom, but they do. Resolve that tastefully with shutters. This way you have control over what you do and do not expose to the outside world. Not only do they offer privacy, they look stylish, which the lady in your house will appreciate. If shutters are not your thing, choose something simple and effective such as ready-made curtains. Solved and your home is ready!
