Sometimes more is needed, such as taking care of your social circle. It is nonsense to believe that you really have to do everything alone. We are a society. It’s no shame that sometimes you need someone else. It’s even beautiful. Sharing the difficult things also creates a bond. Of course you want a balance. If a certain friend is always busy with his own misery and you are used as a solution, that’s not nice. It’s just that everyone can use a little support from time to time. That’s no disgrace.

It often happens that someone does not feel well, because there is a deep pain that is touched by various triggers. It does not mean at all that you have to have experienced serious things to have experienced experiences as traumatic. Often there is a pain body active in someone, of which the person is not even aware.

You can often recognize a pain body by the fact that, in relation to what is happening, you react more violently than one would normally expect. In that case, old pain is most likely being touched. Do you want to do something about this? Then it is important that you look at the old pain, feel it and be aware that it is a feeling. Not something you are.
