Why should you use sunscreen?

There are several reasons why it is important to use sunscreen. Prolonged exposure to the sun without protection can lead to skin damage, premature aging of the skin and it increases the risk of skin cancer.

Sunscreen protects the skin from the sun’s harmful rays, including UVB rays responsible for sunburn and UVA rays that cause skin aging and damage. By wearing sunscreen, the skin is protected against these rays and the risk of skin damage and skin cancer can be reduced.

It is therefore important to always wear sunscreen, even on cloudy days, and especially during the hours when the sun is strongest. This way you can optimally enjoy the sun, while protecting your skin and keeping it healthy.
