Republic of Gamers, ROG for short, was launched in 2006 by the Asus brand. The manufacturer releases smartphones under the name ROG Phone, with which you as a gamer can get the most out of the smartphone. Now the brand has announced the ROG Phone 7 and the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate.

First of all, the differences between the ROG Phone 7 and the Phone Ultimate. The ROG Phone 7 Ultimate is equipped with a ROG Vision Matrix screen on the back. The GameCool 7 cooling system can also be expanded with the AeroActive Cooler 7 accessory. Furthermore, the options and specifications are comparable to each other.

On board the Asus ROG Phone 7 we find the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset with a maximum of 16GB of RAM. With the ‘7’ you can also choose from the version with 256GB of memory and 12GB of RAM. Otherwise, you get 512GB of internal storage.

What else does the ROG Phone 7 have to offer? Well, enough. The phone has a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 32-megapixel front camera at the top. On the back, the phone offers three cameras; a 50 megapixel main camera, 13 megapixel wide angle and 5 megapixel macro lens. Filming is possible in 8K quality with 24fps, or in 4K with 30/60fps.

The ROG Phone 7 models are both equipped with a large 6000 mAh battery, so you can pass the time. When the battery is empty, you can charge the battery with the 65W charger.

The ROG Phone 7 and ROG Phone 7 Ultimate are coming soon. The price of the ROG Phone 7 12GB/256GB is 999 euros. For 1199 euros you get the configuration 12GB/512GB. The Ultimate version will cost 1399 euros.
