Chocolate mousse with fruit beer
This original version of the extremely classic chocolate mousse will undoubtedly appeal to lovers of beer and chocolate. With this surprising dessert you can serve a large group without any problems. This thoroughly Belgian chocolate mousse is also prepared without eggs, which makes the result even more creamy. Worth trying!

25cl
Belgian fruit beerKriek, Raspberry, Boscoli,…
300grams
dark chocolate
0.5liter
full cream
1tablespoon
icing sugar
1handful
forest fruitsraspberries, blackberries, currants,…
Instructions

Pour the beer into a saucepan and heat over medium heat.

Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the beer to melt. Stir regularly.

Meanwhile, add the sugar to the cream. Beat until it has a smooth consistency reminiscent of yogurt.

Mix the whipped cream with the melted chocolate and the beer. Stir gently, add a little icing sugar to taste if desired.

Divide the creamy mousse over jars or glasses. Let it set in the fridge for at least one hour, preferably make the mousse a day in advance.

Just before serving, arrange some forest fruits on each portion. Dust with a little more icing sugar and serve cold. Tasty!
