Chocolate mousse with fruit beer

Ingredients

  • 25cl


    Belgian fruit beerKriek, Raspberry, Boscoli,…

  • 300grams


    dark chocolate

  • 0.5liter


    full cream

  • 1tablespoon


    icing sugar

  • 1handful


    forest fruitsraspberries, blackberries, currants,…

Instructions
  1. Pour the beer into a saucepan and heat over medium heat.

  2. Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the beer to melt. Stir regularly.

  3. Meanwhile, add the sugar to the cream. Beat until it has a smooth consistency reminiscent of yogurt.

  4. Mix the whipped cream with the melted chocolate and the beer. Stir gently, add a little icing sugar to taste if desired.

  5. Divide the creamy mousse over jars or glasses. Let it set in the fridge for at least one hour, preferably make the mousse a day in advance.

  6. Just before serving, arrange some forest fruits on each portion. Dust with a little more icing sugar and serve cold. Tasty!
