A mysterious Mega Millions ticket holder struck gold at a convenience store in Queens after matching all six numbers to win the $476 million lottery jackpot — and now employees and customers there hope to catch the new billionaire’s luck .

We are delighted and we hope to sell more winning tickets,” said Deepak Parikh, a 42-year-old employee of Liberty Beer & Convenience in Ozone Park, on Saturday.

Rudy Pena, of Ozone Park, said he plays sweepstakes every day at Liberty Beer and hopes the store stays warm.

The winning numbers for Friday night’s draw were 23, 27, 41, 48 and 51 with the huge number 22 ball.

Patel and Bina didn’t know who won the massive jackpot, but Patel said he had a similar experience five years ago when a Midtown store he ran sold a winning Take5 ticket.

Brooklyn’s James Carlton, 36, predicted that the “winner’s life will change overnight” because “they’ll now be able to do things they couldn’t do.”

According to the lottery, millionaire hopefuls have a one in 302,575,350 chance of winning the jackpot.

He is the first Mega Millions jackpot winner since a $31 million winning ticket was sold on January 31 in Massachusetts.

The next drawing is scheduled for April 18 with the current starting pot at $20 million.
