Heinz sandwich spread cucumber
The Heinz cucumber sandwich spread contains 165 calories per 100 grams. I’ve tried it myself and I like it! It’s fresh, a little crunchy and also creamy. Keep in mind that it also contains pickles, so you must like pickles.

Mister Kitchen’s V-spread tomato zucchini
The Mister Kitchen’s V-spread with tomato and zucchini contains only 92 calories per 100 grams. It is a creamy vegetable spread based on legumes. I haven’t tried it myself yet, so unfortunately I can’t say anything about the taste. But it’s worth a try if you’re on a diet.

Quorn Chicken free slices
The Quorn Chicken free slices contain only 94 calories per 100 grams. It’s except vegetarian also vegan, so no animal ingredients have been used. My vegan colleague regularly eats it as a spread on bread and loves it!

Cooked eggs
Boiled eggs count approximately per 100 grams 158 calories. That is approximately per egg 60-80 calories, depending on the size. Not only are eggs very low in calories, but they are also good for the muscles due to the high protein content. Tasty (and low in calories) also in combination with vegetables such as cucumber, tomato and lettuce.

AH Basic celery salad
The main ingredient of this celery salad is the very low-calorie celeriac. With about 130 calories per 100 grams, this celery salad is a very low-calorie topping option. It has a slightly sour taste, so you have to like that.

Soft goat cheese
Goat cheese does contain per 100 grams 280 calories – more than 200 – but one slice of soft goat cheese only contains 48 calories. When you let it come to room temperature, it becomes very spreadable and you can invest very thinly with it.

Hero less sweet jam
If you like sweet fillings, there are many light varieties of jam. For example, the Hero contains less sweet strawberry flavored jam 122 calories per 100 grams versus 227 calories per 100 grams. Almost half the calories!

Chicken breast
100 grams of chicken fillet (sliced) contains approx 110 calories. Like eggs, chicken breast also contains a lot of protein, which makes it conducive to muscle building.

Turkey fillet
Also try turkey breast for a change. Of 97 calories per 100 grams, slices of turkey are also a low-calorie type of filling.

Hüttenkäse
